The Tampa Police Department says the woman was located not far from the scene where all of this happened.
Officers found the girl and loaded her into an ambulance, but it was already too late.
Officials said the girls spent Friday at an abandoned residence. The four girls who were reported missing from a foster-care facility near Tampa on Thursday night have been found. Hundreds of searcher, including volunteers, search dogs and divers, scoured the area for hours. The girl’s father said he realized she was missing at around 1:30 p.m.
